- Hourly based. Estimated executive working hours by the cell or the experts.
- Fixed monthly. Partially independent from the number of consulting hours required.
- Contract basis. Budget considers team time required, margins and bonuses.
Or fee structure is mutually beneficial for both EM and the clients, seamlessly adapting to each customer needs.
